The objective of the Lamberti Transforma projects, fully integrated into our Sustainability strategy, is to embed the company within the social ecosystems of the regions where we operate. This is achieved through socio-environmental initiatives that specifically support and empower low-income communities, with a focus on women.
To this end, we initiated a long-term collaboration with the NGO Aventura de Construir (AdC), which implements projects aimed at fostering the development of low-income and vulnerable entrepreneurs. The NGO’s method focuses on educating, training, and supporting entrepreneurs in both personal and professional growth, starting from their local contexts and realities.
Additionally, AdC emphasizes developing territorial networks to ensure sustained impact. Beneficiaries become promoters of the initiative within their communities, creating a ripple effect that multiplies the benefits.

In the first four years, the project has involved 120 micro-entrepreneurs, fostering a robust network within the local community. As we move forward, our goal is to maximize and expand the project’s impact systematically. We aim to develop a structured, scalable, and long-term project model by involving institutions, organizations, and, most importantly, other companies to foster inclusive development of micro-entrepreneurship in the region.
At the start of this journey, we focused on building confidence among micro-entrepreneurs, offering basic knowledge, coaching, and support to help them believe in their potential to succeed. Now that many of these entrepreneurs have achieved success and the model has proven viable, our focus shifts to refining the approach. Instead of providing generic training, we aim to target specific areas of expertise tailored to the unique challenges faced by individual entrepreneurs.
Modular Support Structure
We have identified 14 key areas of expertise where we can provide targeted support. Based on each entrepreneur’s needs and feedback, participants will receive training in at least three of these modules, each with clear deliverables and objectives measured according to complexity. Additionally, the top five entrepreneurs will receive seed capital to scale their businesses.
The modular structure is the project’s main strength, offering scalability in both content and reach. By making content more accessible and providing most lessons online, we aim to serve a wider audience. Initially, the program will support 20 beneficiaries, including both new participants and those returning from previous initiatives.

Our ultimate goal is to engage new financiers in the Nova Odessa and Campinas regions by leveraging our network of commercial partners and suppliers. A significant challenge lies in convincing other companies that a concrete Sustainability strategy transforms individuals from passive beneficiaries into active entrepreneurs and agents of change within their communities.
Through this project, we are committed to fostering long-term, systemic change, empowering communities, and creating a model of inclusive growth that can inspire and involve others in building a sustainable future.
