Insights from Lamberti Acelera Project
We have approached several participants of the Seed Capital Contest to share their experiences regarding the business plan development, the potential role of seed capital and their overall feelings about the Lamberti Acelera project.
Vanderly Loureiro is one of the winners of the Seed Capital. Her business consists in designing brand-new clothes from recyclable materials, discarded clothing items and reused elements.
These items are sold under the brand "A LA VAN" online and with the aim of reducing logistic costs.
Through her creations, she seeks to raise awareness about environmental issues.
She has used the Seed Capital to present her articles at a parade in Osasco (SP) and to produce audiovisual materials and marketing activities on social media platforms.
Ligia Marta developed the Business Plan for Mundo Negro Afro, an atelier that specializes in producing African-style clothing reflecting her African heritage.
Each piece is unique and handcrafted, making it very different from mass-produced items.
She used the Seed Capital to purchase two semi-industrial sewing machines and traditional African fabrics, which form the foundation of her clothing line.
Fabiana Olena's project, Olena Cosméticos, is a company operating in the beauty and personal care sector. manufacturing natural cosmetics using raw materials sourced from various Brazilian biomes, including the Caatinga, Cerrado, Atlantic Forest, and Amazon. The supply chain is developed around family farming, quilombola and indigenous communities. In this context, the suppliers are fully committed towards environmental and social sustainability. Fabiana expressed her gratitude for the participation in the project, as it enabled her to establish a consistent, sustainable and well-organized business. She also highlighted the significant impact of the Lamberti Transforma projects on female empowerment in the region and emphasized the urgent need to elevate women as key players in the business world.
