PMI Day - in Albizzate Plant

On Thursday, November 28th, we welcomed,  in our Albizzate site,  3rd-year students from Don Milani Middle School in Bisuschio as part of PMI Day, an orientation project by Confindustria Varese. The initiative, presented by Barbara Brambilla and Letizia Conti of Confindustria Varese, introduces students to various professional roles within companies and the technical and interpersonal skills required.

During their visit, the students and their teachers toured a production and packaging department, printed fabric with selected colors in our Textile Appliaction Lab, and examined intricate details like a butterfly's optical system and spider legs under an electron microscope (SEM) in our Analytical Chemical Lab.
Colleagues shared insights into their roles and highlighted key professions in the chemical industry.

We hope this experience sparked curiosity and interest in scientific disciplines and vital, yet often overlooked, professions essential to the chemical industry and its community.
