On March 14th and 15th, within the beautiful setting of the Teatro del Popolo in Gallarate, communication expert, director, pedagogue and playwright Simona Gonella guided participants of the Lamberti “Seeding-Ground” training journey through a process of understanding the true and profound concept of communication.
Knowing Oneself
Knowing oneself, becoming aware of one's abilities, weaknesses, and especially strengths is crucial to achieving impactful, effective, powerful, and engaging communication.
How does effective communication happen? Is there a scheme, a recipe, a unique path that can lead us to reap the fruits of our communication? Whether you are a rational analyst who loves working with numbers, an empathetic perceiver of non-verbal signals who quickly understands who they are dealing with and instantly builds interpersonal connections, or an organized and innovative visionary, if you know your potential, you can accomplish your mission simply by communicating in the right way.
On Stage
During the two days of training, the group embarked on a journey: each participant reconstructed their own story, starting from their roots, who they are, the resources they have and that characterize them, reaching a new awareness.
Through interaction with others, “staging” simulations where everyone challenged themselves by using a new way of interacting, each participant increased their ability to understand others' communication, seeking an effective way to convey a new content, the Company’s values, or simply themselves.
