Environmental friendly polyurethane aqueous dispersions PUDs
Engineered structures and selected raw materials, aimed at enhancing strong hydrogen bonding of urethane and urea linkages, make our PUDs appreciated for several performance benefits for the coating. They might provide toughness, resistance to abrasion, mechanical stress and strong chemicals. Some crosslinkers might be used as standard isocyanate-based crosslinkers, aziridines or carbodiimides. The reaction of these chemicals leads to irreversible new linkages in application resulting in an entangled polymeric network that strengthens the coating no matter the thickness or substrate.

To better address our customers needs, Innovative Crosslinking Pathways are possible with our Self-crosslinking and Radiation-Curable PUDs. These two routes allow to reduce and eliminate the need for critical chemicals in the formulation, while reaching the outstanding performance of crosslinked coating.
Our PUDs Film Formers are designed to contain and require solvents and VOC as low as possible, and also microbiologically controlled. Critical residual reactants are under strict control.
We operate manufacturing activities following several controlled processes, always guaranteeing minimal workers exposure and consistency in products quality.
We strongly focus on development of new performing biobased PUDs and more sustainable processes in order to reduce footprint of our activities.
