HSE Specialist - Albizzate Plant 

For our Albizzate plant, we are looking for an  HSE Specialist who, reporting to the Site HSE Manager, will support the department in implementing health, safety, and environmental projects and best practices. The candidate will assist in coordinating training courses and audits, preparing necessary procedures and instructions, and interacting with all departments to ensure the development of the HSE culture.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the application and compliance with current regulations on Health and Safety at work, major accident hazard control related to dangerous substances, and environmental protection.
• Manage relationships with external authorities.
• Conduct and coordinate risk assessments on HSE topics and develop preventive and protective measures.
• Implement operational procedures and verify the effectiveness of Health, Safety, and Environment management systems.
• Manage relationships and interventions with external contractors/suppliers for HSE activities (environmental monitoring plans, etc.).
• Provide technical and organizational support to HSE training programs.
• Develop and periodically distribute reports, presentations, and HSE topics.
• Support the audit process in terms of compliance with HSE standards.
• Update safety and environmental authorization processes and organize the necessary analytical and monitoring activities.
• Support the analysis of reports on accidents, near misses, and injuries.
• Collaborate with the company doctor for health surveillance.

Education and other Requirements:

• Degree in scientific disciplines, specializing in environmental or safety fields.
• Knowledge of key industry regulations (IPPC, RIR, Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 152/06, Legislative Decree 105/2015, etc.) and management systems according to UNI EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, precision.
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to perform field activities.
• Preferably, experience in similar roles and possession of qualifications under Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the S/R Agreement (at least Module A and Module B-SP4).
