Healthy Workplaces Program 

The Lamberti Fiorano site has been participating for three years in the "Healthy Workplaces" program, promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Region as part of the 2021-2025 Regional Prevention Plan.

This initiative recognizes the workplace as a key environment for promoting health and aims to raise awareness among employees about adopting healthier lifestyles. By implementing this program, companies contribute to safeguarding employees' overall well-being while fostering social equity.

Through voluntary participation, Lamberti Fiorano is committed to:

• Taking an active role in promoting health and well-being, supporting employees in making healthier decisions.
• Enhancing knowledge on health-related topics and facilitating behavioral changes through motivational support provided by the company’s Medical Officer.
